Meeting Minutes

A number of meetings by the Committee and Members are held throughout the year. Committee meetings are held at least once a month and general meetings every three months. Special meetings can be called by ten or more residential members of the association at any time to discuss any matter of importance.

Discussions at these meetings are recorded in minutes by the Association's secretary. Copies of minutes of meetings held can be found below.
